Order Policy

  • Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 10:00 AM local time.

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.

  • We offer two general delivery windows:

    • Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

While we do our best to accommodate preferences, specific-time deliveries require a separate rate and must be requested in advance.

Substitution Policy

All our bouquets are designer-created and custom-built. While we follow the customer's preferences in terms of color palette and mood, flower types may vary depending on seasonality and availability.

If a customer requests a specific flower, we reserve the right to substitute it with an equal or higher-value alternative. We will inform the customer when such a substitution is necessary.

Delivery Policy

We deliver to the following areas:
Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Delta, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows.

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide:

  • A complete and correct address

  • A local phone number for the recipient

  • Access instructions (buzz code, concierge info, etc.)

If the recipient is not available at delivery, we will notify the sender and attempt to arrange a free redelivery.

If incomplete or incorrect information was provided, redelivery will require an additional delivery fee, and updated details must be submitted.

We can leave deliveries with a neighbor, concierge, or receptionist if written instructions are provided by the customer.

If the order is left at the door upon customer request and is later lost or stolen, we cannot be held responsible.

Payment Policy

All payments are securely processed through our website using the available options provided by Shopify’s platform, including credit cards and other secure payment gateways.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal information needed to fulfill and deliver your order. This includes:

  • Recipient's and sender’s full name

  • Delivery address and phone number

  • Delivery instructions and bouquet preferences

This information is not used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties, and is handled in full compliance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA).

You may request the deletion of your information once your order has been completed.
